Ecommerce Brand Manager

As an Ecommerce Brand Manager, you will lead all brand activity and content requirements across our digital channels. This role ensures an exceptional online customer experience that engages our existing customer base and drives awareness to a new audience. You will work closely with the Head of Ecommerce to align all activity plans with the revenue goals of the channel, constantly looking at how you can meet the objectives of our awareness and retention strategies whilst staying true to the brand vision and the Origin customer.

You will be responsible for driving awareness, building retention, optimising the online experience, and creating impactful content. You will have proven experience in a digital content role, ideally within a premium lifestyle or the speciality coffee sector. You will be commercially minded with expertise in metrics, analytics, and data-driven insights. You will have exceptional project management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.

The role is based in Southwark, London and The Roastery, Porthleven, Cornwall. The yearly salary is £40,000.
