What will you be doing?
We are seeking a Housing Solicitor to provide guidance and supervision to the Legal Support department.
The Legal Support department provides Survivors of Human Trafficking and GBV with assistance in sourcing external Legal Representatives. We work closely with lawyers to prepare clients case files, draft witness statements, gather key evidence and keep on top the case progress. Supervisory Lawyers will meet with Legal Assistants on a weekly basis and provide them with guidance and advice as they source representation and assist clients in preparing their Housing cases.

About You
Qualified Solicitor with 2 years plus PQE Experience working in UK Housing Law Management & Legal Advisory Experience

The ROMILDAMOR Foundation works to enable survivors of Human Trafficking and Gender Based Violence to have access to Legal Support & the holistic needs necessary to help them re-integrate safely back into society. With our current climate, it has been difficult for survivors to access free legal representation as most law firms are overwhelmed with the number of refugees seeking asylum in the UK. By working in this role, you will enable survivors to gain access to representation, help them claim asylum and obtain the Humanitarian Protection that they need and deserve.
