What will you be doing?
We're looking for someone who can write posts across all our channels to ensure we're keeping our corporate and individual followers up to date with all the news from TGEP! Working alongside our Head of Marketing, you'll be able to analyse and advise on how best to interact and boost our presence, whether this be the day to day content or helping to boost our Fundraising drives.
Create and curate compelling social media content, including posts, images, videos, and stories, that resonates with our target audience: corporations, environmental enthusiasts, and potential donors. Manage and grow our social media communities across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok, managing posts scheduling and consistency across platforms. Respond to comments and messages promptly and professionally, fostering positive relationships with followers. Run targeted social media advertising campaigns to reach new audiences and achieve specific goals via Google Ads. Monitor social media trends and analytics to understand performance and optimize content strategy.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable volunteers who have experience in marketing and a creative flair! You'll ideally have a willingness to learn and a sympathy with our cause.
What difference will you make?
We're on a mission to plant 1 million trees. We believe that planting trees to help reforest the Earth is a critical tool in preserving and protecting biodiversity, improving nature, as well as supporting communities and environments to withstand and adapt to the impacts of climate change. You’ll be joining a small but passionate team with big ambitions. This will be an incredibly rewarding and exciting journey - awareness of the climate crisis, the need for action and the role that trees play has recently become much more mainstream in recent years.
