What will you be doing?
Key Responsibilities
Oversee financial strategy, budgeting, and reporting processes. Ensure compliance with charity financial regulations and risk management. Provide guidance on income diversification , fundraising, and financial sustainability. Collaborate with the board and Senior Management to shape Garvald Edinburgh’s strategic direction.
What are we looking for?
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
A professional qualification in accountancy (e.g., CA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent experience. Proven financial management expertise, ideally in the charity or non-profit sector. Strong analytical skills and the ability to present complex financial information clearly. A commitment to the values and mission of Garvald Edinburgh.
Desirable:
Knowledge of charity finance regulations, including SORP.
Experience with fundraising or investment management.
