Role Summary:

  • Represent Patagonia Europe as a Customer Service Representative.
  • Handle customer inquiries through phone and email.
  • Help customers with their orders, manage returns and exchanges, and track shipments.
  • Provide accurate details about our products.


Role Requirements:

  • Fluency in English and Spanish. Additional European language skills will be an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
  • Interest in environmental conservation.
  • Previous experience with Microsoft D365, Salesforce, and PowerBi will be desirable.

The role: As a Customer Service Representative at Patagonia Europe, you will be the face of our company, providing top-notch service to our customers. Your responsibilities include handling customer inquiries via phone and email, assisting with orders, tracking shipments, and managing returns and exchanges. You will also provide accurate product information and assist in various customer service tasks.

Job requirements: We are looking for candidates who are fluent in Spanish and English, with additional European languages being a plus. You should have excellent communication skills, be able to effectively handle multiple tasks, and have a strong interest in environmental conservation. Experience with Microsoft D365, Salesforce, and PowerBi is desirable.
