Role Summary

  • Implement, manage, and optimize email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and growth.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager, global teams, and CRM stakeholders.

Role Requirements

  • Strong copywriting abilities and an eye for detail and brand voice consistency.
  • Interest in CRM, segmentation, and understanding customer journey engagement factors.
  • Digital marketing and email best practices, with knowledge in Emarsys and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a global team.
  • Strong communication skills, comfort with overseas collaborations, and data-driven decision making.
  • Passion for travel, storytelling, and familiarity with the US and Canadian consumer markets.

About the role: You will combine creativity with analytics to bring campaigns to life through copywriting and imagery while ensuring every send is optimized, segmented, and strategically aligned. You’ll play a key role in building, testing, and reporting on email marketing campaigns across North America. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, global teams, and CRM stakeholders, you’ll help ensure our email channel drives engagement, retention, and revenue growth. Reporting into the Marketing Manager, you will also collaborate extensively with our global marketing team, which spans across the UK and Australia, to ensure a cohesive and unified marketing strategy comprising: Building, scheduling, testing, and deploying email campaigns, ensuring accuracy, segmentation, and strong attention to detail. Managing and refining audience lists based on behaviour, demographics, lifecycle stage, and performance insights. Assisting with building and optimizing automated customer journeys, including welcome series, re-engagement flows, and nurture campaigns. Supporting testing of subject lines, content blocks, send times, and audience segments to continuously improve performance. Working closely with content and design teams to ensure email messaging aligns with brand tone and campaign goals. Helping maintain CRM hygiene, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices. Managing the audience building, content creation, A/B testing, and reporting for email marketing. Working closely with the CRM Manager in planning and managing high-volume, segmented email marketing campaigns.

Am I the right person? We are looking for your application to demonstrate: You have a way with words that can turn copywriting into a conversion machine. A keen eye for detail and brand voice consistency. A strong interest in CRM, segmentation, and customer journeys, and enjoy understanding what drives engagement. Comfortable working with data and using performance insights to inform decisions. A strong understanding of digital marketing and email best practices. Experience with Emarsys and Microsoft Dynamics 365. A team player who is comfortable working independently and within a growing global team. Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise effectively with colleagues in overseas locations and different time zones. Passion for travel, storytelling, and helping to bring unforgettable adventures to life. Familiarity with the US and Canadian consumer markets.
