Role Summary

  • Collect, analyze, and manage data to support evidence-based decision-making within public and third sector environments.
  • Lead data collection methods' planning and implementation, establish data pipelines, prepare data for analysis, and visualize and communicate insights from complex datasets.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and ensure digital products and services align with business requirements.

Role Requirements

  • Prior Experience as a Data Analyst or related analytical role, preferably in digital products or services.
  • Proficiency in data management, analysis, and visualization tools such as Python, SQL, Tableau, or R.
  • Effective communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences. Experience in the public or third sector is advantageous, not mandatory.

The role: As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be instrumental in collecting, analyzing, and managing data to support evidence-based decision-making. This involves leading the planning and implementation of data collection methods, establishing data pipelines, and preparing data for analysis. You will conduct thorough data analyses, visualizing and communicating insights from complex datasets to help organizations understand their current operations, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure that digital products and services deliver measurable value that aligns with business requirements. This position is a hands-on role within complex public and third sector environments, requiring collaboration with dxw, client, and partner staff.

Job requirements: Suitable candidates should have experience as a Data Analyst or in a related analytical role, preferably within digital products or services. You should be proficient in managing, analyzing, and visualizing data using tools such as Python, SQL, Tableau, or R, and be capable of communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience in public or third sector organizations is preferred but not essential.
