The role: As a Supply Planner at Patagonia EMEA, you will be instrumental in executing supply planning processes to align global supply with EMEA demand. This includes running supply reviews, executing shipment decisions, and maintaining visibility through reporting. You will work closely with the Supply & Inventory Planning Lead and other stakeholders to ensure optimal product availability and operational efficiency. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of tools to increase process efficiency and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
Job requirements: We are looking for someone with a full understanding of Supply Planning in a global organization and a global brand’s distribution network. Proficiency in D365 on inventory/supply planning functionalities and analysis/reporting tools such as Excel and Power BI is essential. Excellent collaboration and communication skills are required, along with a detail-oriented and analytical mindset. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making is crucial.
