Rewilding France is on a mission to give more space to nature and wildlife in France, primarily in the territory of the Dauphiné Alps, by restoring natural processes, revitalizing biodiversity, and inspiring all interested stakeholders to contribute to rewilding and be proud of it.

As a Communication and Stakeholder Involvement Officer based in the Dauphiné Alps, you will manage communication at the strategic and operational level, oversee relations with residents and stakeholders, and provide inspiring, positive, and engaging content on various platforms (website, social networks, etc.). This role involves close collaboration with the Rewilding France team, the Rewilding Europe team, and peers from other large-scale rewilding demonstration territories in Europe.

Job requirements include a graduate degree in communication, public relations, journalism, marketing, or a related field. Proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written, is required. Proficiency in digital tools, including social media management platforms and content management systems (e.g., WordPress), is also required. At least 3 years of experience in communication – both strategic and operational – ideally with a background in journalism/public relations, and extensive experience in communication and public relations related to nature conservation is expected.

We offer the opportunity to make a real difference in one of Europe's most exciting rewilding territories, stimulating and rewarding work in an international context, a friendly and professional working atmosphere focused on learning and growth, flexibility and independence in carrying out your tasks, and the opportunity to work closely with a passionate team and contribute to large-scale nature restoration.

To apply, please send your CV and a cover letter in English to Olivier Raynaud ([email removed - click apply for more details]) before January 12, 2025. We look forward to receiving your application!
