Regen Organics is an award-winning social venture based in Nairobi, Kenya. We implement a circular economy model to sustainably manage sanitation and organic waste generated in cities. Using technologies developed in-house, we upcycle the waste into insect-based protein for animal feed, organic fertilizer, and biomass fuel. We operate the largest organics recycling plant in East Africa.

The role entails project management of the design and implementation of the improved sales generation and distribution model for farm sales through distributors. This includes coordination of resources, creation of transparency on status and issues, development of content (in conjunction with other team members and consultants).

Job requirements include extensive project management experience in SME, a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree, experience in using project/pilot data and turning them into insights and recommendations, strong leadership and communication skills, including in cross-functional teams, excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, experience with project management tools, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines, ability to work independently and deliver high-quality end products, and fluent level of spoken and written English, good level of Swahili.
