Role Summary
- Develop our strategy for acquiring new customers directly via our website
- Manage the performance marketing budget and website performance
- Lead the Performance Marketing Team and manage the relationship with our Performance Marketing Agency
- Collaborate with CRM, Designers, and Content teams to create optimised customer journeys leading to new customer acquisition
Role Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Growth / Performance Marketing
- Expertise in launching, scaling and optimising targeted paid search, organic search, affiliates, CRM and digital marketing
- Data-driven with ability to optimise spend to a LTV - CAC metric
- Comfortable using BI tools like Looker, Tableau
- Customer-centric, outcome-oriented, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working in a high-growth environment

The role of the Senior Growth Marketing Manager involves developing our strategy for acquiring new customers directly to marshmallow.com. You will be responsible for the performance marketing budget and the performance of the website. You will lead the Performance Marketing Team and manage the relationship with our Performance Marketing Agency. You will also work closely with CRM, Designers and Content to create optimised customer journeys that result in onboarding new customers directly.
We are looking for someone with at least 6 years of direct experience in Growth / Performance Marketing. You should be an expert in launching, scaling and optimising targeted paid search, organic search, affiliates, CRM and digital marketing. You should be data driven, able to optimise our spend to a LTV:CAC metric and comfortable working with BI tools like Looker, Tableau, etc. You should also be customer obsessed, outcome oriented, entrepreneurial and comfortable working in a high growth environment.
