- Setting up and launching Coursera's Enterprise product based on client requirements
- Driving adoption of the Coursera solution within client organizations
- Managing projects with small and medium-sized customers
- Creating project documentation and best practices
- Onboarding clients on Courseraâs Enterprise product
- Assisting sales team in pre-sales activities
- Contributing to building Coursera's in-house implementation methodology
- Facilitating change management and organizational readiness assessments
- Establishing a feedback mechanism for feature requests/bugs
- Partnering with the product team to drive adoption/beta testing of new product features
We require candidates to have 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles leading SaaS implementations in a high growth organization, a demonstrated history in project management and change management, and experience owning and managing end-to-end delivery. Preferred qualifications include experience in Education Technology, web practices and technical concepts, detail-oriented with the ability to set priorities and be flexible in a changing environment, passion for problem-solving and creative solutions, and additional language fluency especially in French, Spanish, Arabic, or German. Job Overview:
As our Enterprise Implementation Manager, you will join the Enterprise Services team to own managing implementations for our Enterprise clients. Our goal is to build a Coursera solution quickly and successfully that drives impact across all of our client organizations. This role is also very cross-functional where you can expect to work with members within our sales, customer success, marketing, product, engineering, finance, learner services and legal teams in service of Courseraâs growth and long-term success.
Responsibilities:
- Successfully configure and launch Courseraâs Enterprise product on-time according to the clientâs requirements with high quality
- Drive high initial adoption of the Coursera solution within the customerâs organization to drive long term success
- Independently manage projects with small and medium sized customers by both leveraging client relationships as well as using data analysis to track our build to launch phase
- Create project documentation, procedures and best practices for implementation services while managing requirements, scope and timeline for the project
- Onboard the clients on Courseraâs Enterprise product to ensure awareness and understanding of the platform and the solution
- Assist sales team in pre-sales activities by giving product demos to prospects, provisioning evaluation accesses and answering technical questions related to the Coursera for Business product and integration features (such as SSO, LMS, etc.)
- Contribute significantly to building in-house Coursera implementation methodology to ensure timely, streamlined professional rollouts to large organizations
- Facilitate change management and organizational readiness assessments
- Establish an effective feedback mechanism to channel the feature requests/bugs from the enterprise clients to the Product/Eng teamsÂ
- Partner with the product team to drive adoption/beta testing of new product features
Basic Qualifications:
- 2+ years in customer-facing roles leading SaaS implementations in a high growth organization
- Demonstrated history in project management and change management, working with large organizations
- Experience owning and managing end to end delivery, ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and driving resultsÂ
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in Education Technology and passion for education, education reform, and interest in working for a social enterprise
- Experience in web practices and technical concepts (SSO, API's, etc)
- Detail-oriented with the ability to set priorities and be flexible in a changing environmentÂ
- Passion for problem-solving and creative solutionsÂ
- Strong, proven sense of customer empathy and customer-centrism
- Additional language fluency, especially French, Spanish, Arabic or German, is a bonus
