The Wellcome Trust is a global charitable foundation dedicated to improving health worldwide. As a Brand Marketing Lead, you'll play a key role in our Corporate Affairs department, leading strategic brand projects and reporting directly to the Head of Brand. You'll help grow Wellcome's influence and build global recognition.

The role: As a Brand Marketing Lead, you will be leading strategic brand projects within the Brand team, part of the Corporate Affairs department, reporting to the Head of Brand. You will grow Wellcome’s influence and build greater global recognition and trust. You will work to embed our brand vision, mission, beliefs and values both internally and externally, and make sure our positioning maintains ongoing relevance in a complex external market.
Job requirements: We are looking for someone who is a strategic thinker with experience creating, implementing and managing brands. You should be experienced in presenting to, influencing and building relationships with colleagues at all levels, with a particular ability to inspire those that may be sceptical about the relevance of brand. You should be familiar with commissioning and working with a wide range of external suppliers and partners, including those who deliver marketing campaigns as well as qualitative and quantitative research.
