As a part of the Mental Health Translation team, you will be tasked with identifying and financing projects that focus on crafting innovative tools and interventions. Collaboration with partners to ensure reach and sustainability in intricate systems, including those in low-resource settings, is an integral part of the role.
You must have experience in a project delivery environment and be familiar with project management tools, processes, and practice. Interest in the recent advancements and trends in mental health research is necessary. While experience in the life and biomedical sciences is preferred, it's not mandatory.

The role entails joining our Mental Health Translation team. The team's remit is to identify and fund forward translation projects focused on development of novel tools and interventions, working with partners as appropriate to ensure reach and sustainability within complex systems including in low resource settings.

Job requirements include experience working in a project delivery environment and familiar with project management tools, processes and practice. An interest in the current state of and trends in mental health research. Experience within the life and biomedical sciences is preferred but not required.

Benefits include a flexible working environment, in which people can perform at their best. We have a hybrid way of working which is 3 days in our Euston Road offices (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) with the remaining 2 days working either remotely or in the office.
