The V&A is world's leading museum of art and design, creating an enriching environment that promotes research, knowledge, and enjoyment of the designed world to a broad audience. As part of the V&A's Safety and Security team, you'll have a vital role in safeguarding our collections, structures, visitors, and staff across different V&A estates. This includes:
- Administrative support to the Security Administration Manager and the Senior Health & Safety Advisor.
- Overseeing and improving the management of crucial and private data.
- Multitasking in a dynamic environment, including meeting coordination and minute taking at a senior level.
- Engaging in practical tasks and collaborative projects across the V&A estate. Prior experience with manual & IT-based office systems is preferred.

The Role The Safety and Security team work to protect our people, visitors, collections, and buildings across the V&A estate. We are looking for a proactive, organised individual to provide administrative and information management support to the team. Working to the Security Administration Manager, and supporting the Senior Health & Safety Advisor, you will be responsible for the management of statutory and sensitive data, seeking to improve the way this information is gathered, handled, and shared. You will have experience of manual and IT based office systems, a confident meeting minutes taker and used to supporting the work of multiple committees to a senior level. You will be prepared to undertake practical tasks and be part of wider project delivery across the V&A's estate. This is a fixed-term, part-time post based at the V&A South Kensington but will involve some travel to the V&A's other sites.
