Your responsibilities will revolve around the formulation and implementation of the GoTo-Market strategy, customer acquisition, enhancing brand awareness, and executing a comprehensive growth plan to rank us first in new products within the SME sector.
Mandatory requirements encompass over 5 years of leadership experience in growth and/or product marketing, start-up/scale-up exposure, solid customer-centric approach, deep understanding of customer data, the ability to convert customer needs into a compelling proposition, and successfully delivering results.

The role of the Head of FlexiPay Marketing is to support the business through a rapid scale-up and beyond. You will be responsible for the GoTo-Market strategy, working closely with the Flexipay and the Marketing team, driving new users through acquisition and continued usage, and growing brand awareness. You will build and deliver a comprehensive growth plan to deliver our strategic pillar of being number one in new products within the SME sector.
Job requirements include 5+ years of leadership experience in a growth and/or product marketing or experience working for a start-up/scale up as the sole responsible individual for growth. You should have a strong focus on the customer, ability to understand customer data deeply, and translate customer needs into a compelling proposition. You should have a proven track record of delivery with the ability to operate strategically whilst remaining hands-on and leaning in wherever needed.
