What will you be doing?

Mentoring and advice is needed to help strengthen and expand this organisation. You will initially be communicating with Sarah, the founder and Director. This role is flexible and feedback from you will help to decide which direction Bee Happy might take. Ideally becoming a charity, choosing a board of governors, this will help this worthwhile cause endure for posterity

What are we looking for?

Person/s with deep appreciation of wildlife and conservation, but also leadership and overall understanding of how a business should function is needed to guide this not for profit possibly into a charity status. No travel necessary, meetings can all be via teams/zoom/phone, though in person visitors welcome.

What difference will you make?

There is huge potential for this organisation to grow and thereby make a far more valuable contribution to conservation of wildlife, pollinators and wild species plants and trees. The natural world needs all the friends it can find!
