Role Summary
- As a Talent Acquisition Partner for Business and Commercial roles, you'll be responsible for hiring in areas such as Marketing, Operations, Credit Risk, FinCrime, and Legal.
- Your duties will include applicant sourcing, conducting phone screenings, assessing candidate qualifications, and facilitating interviews and other evaluative processes.
Role Requirements
- You must have proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner or Recruiter in a business-related field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, organisational abilities and the capacity to work independently in a dynamic environment are critical.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), other recruitment tools, and HRIS is necessary. Familiarity with relevant employment law and regulations, especially in relation to right to work checks, is also required.

The role of Talent Acquisition Partner (Business & Commercial) sits within our Talent Acquisition team. This role will be responsible for supporting hiring non-tech roles at junior to mid level in areas such as Marketing, Operations, Credit Risk, FinCrime and Legal. You will utilise various sourcing methods to identify and engage potential candidates, conduct phone screens, and assess candidates' qualifications against job requirements. You will also coordinate and facilitate interviews, assessments, and other evaluation processes.
We are looking for someone with proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner or Recruiter in business or commercial related hiring. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organisational and time-management abilities, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools, as well as experience using a HRIS is required. Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations, particularly Right to Work, is also necessary.
