This is an exciting and varied role, and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

You should be a people person as you will be the main point of contact for all member interactions.
- Business Development: You will proactively lead our business development pipeline through a wide range of techniques. You will be comfortable with both inbound and outbound sales activities and create a healthy revenue pipeline for growing our member base - you must be comfortable picking up the phone and giving people a call and working towards sales targets.
- Partnerships: Identify and deliver opportunities with like minded partners (e.g. organisations, communities etc) to attract new members into the community and help deliver on our educational and collective action goals for the BBN. This also includes forging new partnerships where opportunities arise.
- Community management: Day-to-day oversight and responsibility for our online community. You should be posting engaging content, answering questions, moderating discussions and facilitating introductions. You will also work to improve the educational content available on the platform through liaising with members, partners and researching relevant opportunities.
- Community programming: You will work closely with the team to plan, promote, deliver and evaluate online and in-person events across a wide range of event formats, ensuring they are of value to the community.
- Member communications: You will work closely with the team to plan, promote, deliver and evaluate member engagement and communications across a variety of channels, including social media, email marketing, digital platforms and any other channels as required.
