Virgin Red are searching for a Pricing Manager, to be a key disrupter in our rewards ecosystem, driving innovative pricing strategies with the bold Virgin spirit.

You'll collaborate with our commercial team to analyze market trends and operational data, crafting reward propositions that challenge the status quo. • Develop and support comprehensive pricing strategies for redemption options across Virgin Red's global member base.
• Control cost per point (CPP) through strategic analytical and statistical modeling.
• Optimise reward availability on Virgin Atlantic Airways (VAA), challenging inventory access and maintaining target CPP.
• Conduct competitive metrics analysis and provide ad hoc reporting with actionable insights.
• Support Business Development & Commercial Finance teams in partner onboarding and pricing/inventory system maintenance.
• Drive pricing capabilities enhancement through initiatives, e.g., dynamic reward pricing exploration.
• Expand product and inventory offerings to maximise member value and engagement.
• Lead data-driven analysis of pricing propositions across different market segments.

What you’ll need

• Strong experience in commercial pricing or financial analysis roles.
• Background in Revenue Management, Pricing, or Loyalty is preferred.
• Proven track record of creating value-driven strategies that balance member satisfaction with commercial success. Strong analytical, numerical, and commercial acumen with experience analysing large data volumes and translating insights into commercial proposals.
• High computer literacy (Excel essential, Alteryx & Tableau desirable) with ability to handle complex data and distill key insights.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels and collaborating effectively across teams.
• Customer-focused approach with ability to work independently, take initiative, and perform under pressure.

Role type: Permanent
Location: London hub (approx. twice per week) & your home space
Salary: £58,000 - £70,00, plus bonus - We're putting our salaries out there for everyone to see - no smoke and mirrors, just honest numbers. We'll offer a salary that matches your skills, always aiming for room to grow.
