Save the Children UK is excited to offer an opportunity for a collaborative and fashion-savvy retail leader to join our team as the Store Manager at Mary's Living & Giving Store in Chiswick, London. This role is perfect for someone with strong volunteer management experience who can inspire a dedicated team to deliver an exceptional retail experience and maximise income to help transform children's lives.

The Role: As Store Manager, you will lead one of our flagship Mary's Living & Giving stores. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Chiswick store, ensuring it meets its commercial goals while maintaining a unique, community-focused shopping experience. You will lead and support a team of about 40 volunteers, maintaining their engagement and evolving the store's offerings to reflect local trends and align with other MLG stores.

Job Requirements: - Proven leadership experience in retail or charity retail. - Strong sense of fashion retailing. - Commercial awareness and experience working to sales targets. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Flexible, positive, and resilient approach. - Commitment to Save the Children's vision, mission, and values.
