In this role, you'll oversee an often demanding and complex calendar, handling scheduling conflicts and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will also include governance work: organising committee meetings and drafting minutes to a high standard for publication.
Key skills include: Extensive experience in senior-level administrative roles, with a focus on managing complex diaries and tasks. Strong organisational skills, with the ability to plan, prioritise effectively, and make sound judgments in fast-moving situations. Understand the key role that confidentiality plays and the importance of trust in key strategic relationships and partnerships. Experience in governance work, including coordinating and managing committee meetings. A keen eye for detail, especially when drafting and formatting minutes to a publishable standard. The ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team, adapting to different working styles and priorities. Knowledge or experience in the arts, culture, or public sector is highly desirable. Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, to manage tasks independently while also working well within a team, and have a proactive, solution-focused approach.
The role will be hybrid (office based and working from home) however you will be required to attend and manage in-person meetings regularly in London.
