ABOUT YOU
Do you love diving in and delivering precise financial management that drives both business success and environmental impact? Do you yearn to apply your skills in a company with passionate people, where your work supports a meaningful mission? If so, this could be the opportunity for you to make a real difference!
We are looking for a diligent and proactive Management Accountant who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. And we know everyone says their company is fast-paced - but we really mean it! You will be challenged to deliver the best work of your career – and then recognised when you do so!
You will play a crucial role in managing the financial health of our conservation-focused ventures, ensuring that our mission is underpinned by rock-solid financials. Here, you'll be more than just a number cruncher; you'll be a key player in a team committed to environmental conservation and sustainable growth.
We believe in empowering our people to be their best and supporting them with the resources and development opportunities they need to excel. You'll work alongside inspiring colleagues, each passionate about making a tangible difference. At Oxygen Conservation, we don’t just fill positions; we create roles where talented individuals can thrive and achieve extraordinary things.
Environment:
- Passionate about the environment and achieving real impact. Our commitment to the environment is unwavering and guides us in every decision we make. It is the driving force that propels us forward. We are looking for that same commitment in you.
Impact:
- A Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with strong analytical skills and an eye for detail.
- Proficient in preparing management accounts, financial reports, and variance analyses to inform business decisions.
- Excellent at managing budgets, forecasting, and financial planning within a commercial setting.
- An effective communicator, able to translate complex financial data into clear insights for non-finance colleagues.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment, balancing multiple priorities with precision and efficiency.
Adventure:
- A passion for adventure (however that resonates with you), spending time in nature and connecting with the outside world.
Together:
- Collaborative by nature, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- And let’s be honest, you must be really nice too. Sharing snacks on long journeys or a packed lunch whilst out in the driving rain is mandatory!
