Role Summary
- As the Innovative Finance Manager, your role is crucial in shaping, leading and executing innovative finance projects which majorly consist of impact investment and inclusive insurance.
- You would concentrate on strategic leadership, venture development, and execution, emphasising on mobilising capital and building partnerships.
- Working across diverse geographies, mainly Latin America and Africa, with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact schemes is an essential part of the job.

Save the Children UK is seeking an Innovative Finance Manager to join our Innovation Hive. This role is pivotal in developing and scaling innovative finance solutions such as impact investment and inclusive insurance, which are crucial for mobilizing capital and driving sustainable impact for children globally.

The Role: As an Innovative Finance Manager, you will lead the design, shaping, and execution of innovative finance projects across the Save the Children Movement. Your work will include structuring financing mechanisms, developing proposals, and coordinating with partners. You will focus on strategic leadership, venture development, and execution, with a strong emphasis on mobilizing capital and building partnerships. The role involves working across geographies, particularly in Latin America and Africa, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact programs.
