Teach First is committed to building a fair education for all children. Our work is making a difference every day, bringing us closer to a better future. However, we need to do more and we need your help.
As Planning and Change Manager, you will manage the planning and coordination of work that underpins our charity’s activities. You will ensure that our work is aligned, visible, and running smoothly. You will support the OKR cycle, enabling teams and squads to deliver on their key results. You will also coordinate and manage inputs from all of our teams and departments to implement and improve efficient and customer-focused processes in support of a portfolio of programmes and charity-wide deliverables.
You will collaborate with colleagues across the organisation to prioritise and facilitate change and improvement work. This ensures that everyone has the tools, processes, and information they need to deliver their work successfully.

You should be skilled at mapping processes, documenting operating practices, and managing and sharing operational information in a clear and accessible way. You should be comfortable working with technology and collaborating with IT teams to implement automation and optimise processes. You should be able to identify and articulate risks, suggest effective mitigations, and resolve day-to-day issues practically and effectively.
