We will recruit our Global Head of Lifelong Learning. The role will build our end to end curriculum - from learning modules to pastoral care - to serve a growing cohort of consumer and corporate clients. Location priorities are prime EMEA career hubs - Amsterdam, Berlin, Dubai, London, Paris, Zurich - or sunny remote work hotspots (Lisbon, Bali, Morocco).

About you:

• 7+ years in HR, recruiting, EdTech, higher education and/or professional coaching
• Authority on the future of work/careers
• Able to conceptualize and deliver exec/Ivy league level courses
• A track record and thought leadership in either adult learning and/or L&D
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
• Passionate about knowledge sharing & professional networks
• Open minded, able to take nuanced perspectives on world issues
• Well traveled, and ideally fluent in multiple languages
• Aligned with our values: keep learning, enjoy the journey, mateship
• Professional coaching experience a plus
• Detailed knowledge of collaborative online learning platforms (Circle) and AI tools
