What will you be doing?
Coordinate team of Account Managers to support select group of Corporate Member accounts. Point of contact for queries from Account Managers. Escalation point for any complex Corporate Member needs. Reporting on success factors and KPIs of team performance. Champion NiB as an industry forum and the work we do. Corporate Member relationship management on an ad-hoc basis. Lead fortnightly team meetings based on the team’s schedules.
What are we looking for?
An enthusiasm for NiB and the work we do! Willingness to present to Corporate Members. Enthusiastic, self-motivated and flexible. Diary management skills. Leadership experience. Confident and competent with IT systems, e.g. Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Bookings.
Desirable
Confident presentation skills Experience building relationships with key corporate stakeholders. Account management or sales experience. Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
What difference will you make?
Upon completion of training and induction the post holder will be responsible for leading a team of Account Managers, identifying opportunities for strategic partnerships with Corporate Members, and supporting Account Managers in referring Corporate Members for additional services, where required.
