As a Quality Assurance Specialist, your key responsibilities will be:

  • Developing and implementing QA processes for e-learning content.
  • Reviewing course materials thoroughly to ensure quality standards.
  • Identifying and reporting defects and areas of improvement.
  • Performing functionality testing across different devices and browsers.

Requirements for this role include a Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance, Education or a related field, 4+ years of QA experience preferably in e-learning, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication skills. Job Summary:

The Quality Assurance Specialist will ensure that all course updates and revisions meet established quality standards. This role involves conducting thorough reviews and testing of course materials to identify and rectify any issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement QA processes and checklists specific to e-learning content.
  • Conduct detailed reviews of revised course materials, including videos, quizzes, and interactive components.
  • Ensure adherence to accessibility standards and guidelines.
  • Identify and report defects and issues, coordinating with instructional designers and developers to resolve them.
  • Perform functionality testing across different devices and browsers.
  • Maintain documentation of QA processes, results, and improvement areas.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance, Education, Educational Technology, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in the e-learning industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of QA tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
