About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic B2B Marketeer to join our team at an exciting time of growth. As a key player in our Learning & Development (L&D) company, you will be responsible for shaping and executing marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and business growth. This is a hands-on role where you will work across multiple marketing channels, ensuring we continue to stand out as a leader in our field.
Our company was recently acquired, giving us an even greater international footprint and exciting new opportunities for expansion. You’ll be joining a brilliant and highly collaborative team, working alongside talented consultants, a studio full of creatives, and two full-stack developers who help bring our ideas to life. We already have a successful and creative marketing approach, and we’re looking for someone who can build on this strong foundation to take us even further.
This role requires someone who can take ownership of marketing performance and establish the right metrics and systems to measure and improve our impact over time. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing & Brand Positioning
- Develop and implement a cohesive B2B marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
- Strengthen brand positioning within the L&D industry, ensuring we are recognized as a thought leader.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging and value propositions for our target audience.
Lead Generation & Growth Marketing
- Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to attract and nurture high-quality leads.
- Optimize our website, social media, and email marketing efforts to improve engagement and conversion.
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with lead generation and customer acquisition goals.
Content & Thought Leadership
- Develop compelling content strategies, including blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and webinars.
- Ensure consistent and engaging messaging across all marketing touchpoints.
- Partner with subject matter experts to create insightful content that resonates with our audience.
Digital & Performance Marketing
- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, LinkedIn Ads, email marketing).
- Oversee website performance and enhance user experience to improve lead conversion.
- Implement marketing automation and CRM integrations to improve efficiency.
Event Marketing & Partnerships
- Plan and execute events, both online and in-person, to expand our reach and generate leads.
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships to enhance brand credibility and audience engagement.
Marketing Analytics & Performance Measurement
- Define and implement key marketing metrics to track performance and demonstrate impact.
- Continuously refine marketing strategies based on insights, trends, and feedback.
- Provide regular reports and recommendations to senior leadership.
What We’re Looking For
Essential Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within L&D, professional services, or EdTech.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong digital marketing skills, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and CRM automation.
- Exceptional content creation and storytelling abilities.
- Experience working closely with sales teams to drive lead generation and conversion.
- Hands-on approach, with the ability to take ownership and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable Skills
- Experience in account-based marketing (ABM) and sales enablement.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot.
- Knowledge of UX/UI best practices for website optimization.
