The role: As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in bringing our store to life daily. You will support the Store Manager by leading the store with confidence and care, taking full ownership in their absence. Responsibilities include opening and closing the store, guiding the team throughout the day, and ensuring smooth operations from start to finish. You will handle transactions, manage weekly banking procedures, and lead by example to deliver outstanding customer experiences. Additionally, you will develop a deep understanding of our products and share our story authentically, helping customers find what works best for their feet and lives.

Job requirements: The ideal candidate will have experience working as an Assistant Manager or a senior team member in a retail store. You should be comfortable working full-time and flexible with the rota. Key skills include clear communication, accurate cash-handling, and a basic understanding of Excel for cashing-up procedures. An interest in fitness, health, and wellness is ideal, along with the ability to travel to other stores and events as needed.
