The role: As we launch our ambitious three-year strategy, we are looking for a Fundraising Manager to ensure we have a sustainable funding base to continue our mission. This role involves leading income generation activities, particularly focusing on trusts and foundations, and supporting individual giving initiatives. You will report directly to the Director of Development and work alongside two colleagues.

Job requirements: The ideal candidate will have proven success in high-value fundraising, especially in trust and foundation income generation. You should possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure to meet targets. Experience in collaboration and building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders is crucial.

Benefits: ThinkForward offers a competitive salary starting at £43,000 per annum, with benefits including 25 days annual leave plus additional days for office closures, up to 2 days' leave for volunteering, a commitment to personal development, and more.
