What will you be doing?
The Team Guide (Internal Coordinator in XR) ensures:
The team is healthy and achieves its mandate Stewards the team’s immediate and longer-term priorities, and aligns its work with the broader circle’s plan Proposes roles and projects the team needs to fulfil its purpose and accountabilities Supports the work of role-holders and sub-circles, and reviews their work at regular intervals Fills team roles without extended delay, or proposes they are dissolved if no longer needed Invites people with relevant skills and abilities to join the team as required Maintains an awareness of the policies of the team and its broader circles Maintains an awareness of what is happening in the wider organism, and communicates regularly with the team's Connector [External Coordinator in XR]
What are we looking for?
You will need a minimum of 3 years experience in either team coordinator / management and / or project management. Essential:
Good team builder Proactive Good organisational, planning and communication skills Willingness to learn new digital tools/platforms
Desirable:
An understanding of assemblies, deliberative democracy and familiarity with XR platforms.

We are seeking someone to take on the role of Team Guide [referred to as Internal Coordinator in XR] to coordinate the UK Assemblies group. Your input will help the team be effective and support its growth. More widely, you'll be contributing to help bring positive change for the grassroots on climate change and ecological justice.
