Role Summary

The organisation - Smith Global Ltd is a renowned company known for its boutique and luxury hotels and villas. We are currently looking for a Concierge Specialist to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role is remote and based in the UK.
The role - As a Concierge Specialist, you will be reporting to the Smith24 Manager and working closely with the Marketing/CRM & Smith24 teams. Your primary responsibility will be to provide a travel concierge service to our GoldSmith members before, during, and after their trip. This role requires a high level of customer service and understanding of members' needs and preferences. You will act as your members' primary contact and proactively communicate with them on a regular basis. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all member requests are fulfilled in a timely manner and to the highest level of personalisation and quality.
Job requirements - The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the travel or luxury space. You must be available to work on a full-time basis Monday to Friday from 9am - 5.30pm. You should have the ability to remain calm and positive under pressure with a warm and friendly tone. Excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills (both written and spoken), and a professional attitude are essential for this role. Experience with Salesforce would be advantageous.
