We're a 12-person remote and cross-functional team with 4 devs, one product manager... and no product designer thus far. It shows! We've been working with a UX/UI agency over the past few months and are now ready to employ our first in-house product designer.
Our product is used by ten of thousands of teachers and hundreds of thousands of students each month. They rely on Dr Frost to get better at maths - teaching it, learning it, practising it, and revising it. Help us make that experience a great one.
As the sole designer in the team, you'll own the product design process from inception to developer handoff. You'll work closely with our PM and developers. Reporting to the CEO, you'll have a large amount of autonomy, freedom and responsibility to make our UX much better for learning maths.
