ADHD Connect is a community group for adults with ADHD, focussed on fostering connection and peer-to-peer support. We're looking for an experienced Fundraising & Partnership lead to assist with securing grants, sponsorships and partnerships.

What will you be doing?

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to build on and utilise their existing skills in fundraising and business development. The fundraising and partnership lead will be responsible for raising project finance and securing grants, sponsorships and partnerships.  

What are we looking for?

They should be proficient at conducting industry and market research, writing reports, writing grant applications, creating presentations and supporting project proposals/quotations. Skills/Experience:

Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills Previous experience with fundraising and bid-writing is essential Proficient at conducting industry research, writing reports & grant applications, creating presentations and supporting project proposals Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint and other Microsoft or Google products (such as Google Docs and Slides) Experienced in building and managing relationships with diverse stakeholders, with an aptitude for fostering positive relationships and bringing partners together Knowledge about the neurodiversity space is a plus 

The ideal candidate will:

Have the ability to manage timelines and keep up-to-date with grant opportunities Have the ability to work independently and remotely  Have a desire to work in a mission-driven organisation Be able to write to compelling grant proposals, including budget narratives and impact statements.  Candidate does not necessarily need to be neurodiverse themselves, but will be passionate about raising awareness about ADHD and supporting people with the condition. Be highly autonomous and proactive Be personable and self-motivated Be able to take leadership
