Role Summary

You will play a key role in managing and processing billing information for our business working across a large finance team here in the city. Your role will be crucial in maintaining the cash flow by ensuring that payments are made on time and accurately recorded. You’ll also be responsible for generating invoices, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or errors in billing, monitoring and recording payments made by customers, keeping billing records updated, managing accounts receivable, addressing customer inquiries regarding billing, and ensuring billing practices comply with relevant regulations and company policies.
We think the role would be great for somebody who has previously worked in a billing capacity as well as someone with proven experience in a billing or finance role, strong attention to detail and organizational skills, excellent communication and customer service skills, proficiency in using billing software and ERP systems, and experience with Salesforce.
