Role Requirements
- Experience or professional education in the environmental protection sector

- Degree-level qualifications in environmental, business, economics, political science, or other relevant disciplines
- Up to 4 years of experience in project management, strategy consulting, and research
- Must have the right to work in China without employer sponsorship

As a Project Analyst in our China team, you will be responsible for supporting the EMF initiative teams in China to implement robust and successful project delivery towards a circular economy. You will support the project teams by conducting research and analysis, managing and implementing projects, and facilitating knowledge exchange through workshops, meetings, and events.
Your role will include research and analysis support, facilitating project management, leading the development and facilitation of project workshops, meetings, and other events, and managing relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have working experience or professional education in the environment protection-related sector and working experience with an NGO. A good academic record and degree-level qualifications in environmental, business, economics, political science, or other relevant discipline. Up to 4 years’ experience in project management, strategy consulting, and research would be valuable. Knowledge of the specific areas and industries of focus in China is advantageous, (e.g., plastics, renewables, food etc) and a background in an international environmental governance context would be helpful. You must have the right to work in China without employer sponsorship.
