Role Summary

The role We're a recently formed People & Culture department looking for a permanent Operations Manager to join us as we continue to reshape the foundations of people practice. The People & Culture Operations Manager will have accountability for the People & Culture Operations function at National Mind, supporting approximately 420 employees. This role involves leading a team of three direct reports and ensuring a high-quality service for all our customers using best practice and professionalism that aligns with the CIPD.
Job requirements Primarily, this role will manage the People transactional service, oversee payroll administration, data management and recruitment, with the support of the People & Culture Operations team. The post holder will lead the planning and delivery of the People & Culture Operations function with a focus on high-quality service. They will also oversee payroll administration, data integrity, and resolve complex customer queries. They will motivate and develop a team to support a good employee experience. They will regularly review team output using data analytics and make recommendations for improvements. They will collaborate with key stakeholders to enhance workforce planning and the employee experience.
