Junior Cuddle Coordinator 🐻

As a Junior Cuddle Coordinator at our Stuffie Rehoming Services Team, you'll play a vital role in spreading joy and comfort to children and adults alike by ensuring that each stuffed animal finds its perfect new home. This entry-level position sits at the heart of our daily operations and our new team member will be responsible for rehoming activities across the business.

The role will include:

• Toy preparation – Checking, grooming, and carrying out light repairs to ensure every floof is ready for their next adventure at our highest standards.

​

• Packing and dispatch – Carefully packing online orders and occasionally preparing friends for their journey to our retail partner stores.

​

• Content creation – Bringing our social media to life by sharing the magic of rehoming, from behind-the-scenes moments to heartwarming adoption stories.

​

• Product photography – Capturing each toy in their best light to help them find their perfect forever home.

​

• Live shopping & engagement – Hosting interactive social media livestreams, sharing the joy of packing orders on camera, and facilitating live shopping experiences.

​

• Customer care – Answering queries and ensuring that everyone who interacts with our brand receives the full Loved Before experience.

Overall Responsibilities: Regardless of the specific packing role, as a Junior Cuddle Coordinator, you'll be expected to uphold our organisation's values of compassion, responsibility, and excellence in every aspect of your work. You'll collaborate closely with other team members to maintain a positive and supportive work environment while consistently meeting packing quotas and deadlines. As a Junior Cuddle Coordinator at our Stuffie Rehoming Services Team, you'll find yourself nestled within the tranquil surroundings of the Claydon Estate in Middle Claydon. The role is in person, and hands-on, so you'll need to be a comfortable commute away.
