What will you be doing?

As a small charity asking for a volunteer to help with our fundraising, we know that we are asking a lot. We will come to an agreement with you about which of the following you are able to assist with and which you think are most likely to yield results.

Fundraising Campaigns: Organize and execute fundraising campaigns, both online and offline. This includes creating compelling appeals, setting fundraising goals, and tracking progress.  Donor Engagement: Cultivate relationships with existing donors and identify potential new supporters. Communicate our charity’s mission effectively to inspire donations.  Events and Activities: Plan and coordinate fundraising events, such as charity walks, bake sales, or virtual galas. Mobilize volunteers and community members to participate.  Grant Research and Applications: Identify grant opportunities relevant to our cause. Prepare grant applications, ensuring alignment with the charity’s objectives.  Crowdfunding and Peer-to-Peer Fundraising: Utilize online platforms to encourage individual fundraising efforts. Provide guidance to supporters who want to create their own fundraising pages.  Networking: Attend community events, collaborate with local businesses, NGOs and government agencies, and build partnerships to expand our donor base.  Data Management: Maintain accurate records of donations, donor information, and fundraising activities.  Reporting: Regularly update the charity’s leadership on fundraising progress, challenges, and successes.
