Role Summary
- Schedule meetings with Account Executives through cold and warm outreach.
- Qualify leads from outbound and inbound prospecting.
- Create and maintain email sequences and LinkedIn messages using tools like Hubspot and Cognism.
- Manage newly generated leads and appropriate communication paths.
- Conduct tracking, reporting of email sequences, contact rates, and sales campaigns.
- Collect crucial opportunity details like firmographic information, key stakeholders, etc.
Role Requirements
- Experience in lead generation or sales role OR a recent graduate passionate about a sales career in a high-growth environment.
- Startup mindset, resilience, and a go-getter attitude.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with confidence in handling phone conversations and driving engagements with prospects.
- Team player with a drive for excellence and an organised approach.
- Experience in using sales automation and enablement tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong, and Cognism preferred.

What will a day in the life of our SDR look like?
Book in meetings with Account Executives from cold & warm outreach. Qualify new leads generated by outbound and inbound prospecting. The creation and maintenance of email sequences and LinkedIn messages using automation software (Hubspot, Cognism and more) to book first calls. Enrolling newly generated leads into appropriate communications paths. Tracking and reporting on email sequences, contact rate, and sales campaigns/conversions. The finding and collation of opportunity detail, including firmographic information, key stakeholders, company initiatives etc.Our dream SDR will have:
