We are seeking a Video & Photo Editor to help us deliver first-class photography, videography and virtual event content at the Step Up Network CIC, a network for new and aspiring leaders in education.

What will you be doing?

Role Purpose

To provide editorial support for our video and photo content.

Duties, Tasks and Responsibilities

Post virtual events to edit into smaller clips (shorts and individual presentations of speakers) and upload to YouTube in line with our content schedule. To create video content for the YouTube channel under the direction of our Media Director and Head of Production. To monitor the analytics and data from YouTube and report these to the Strategy & Information team.

Logistics This is a remote role. Time Commitment 1-3 hours per week Reports to Head of Media Production Responsible for N/A

What are we looking for?

Person Specification

Have experience of video and photo editing. Has experience of using YouTube, Streamyard and other platforms such as Zoom. Is a good communicator. Is a self-starter. Can work remotely.  Experience of managing virtual events (desirable). Good organisational and interpersonal skills. Has a good level of written English. Good sense of humour. Has access to a computer and a good internet connection. Aligns to the values and mission of Step Up.
