Role Summary
- Support the implementation of Olio's B2B marketing strategy
- Assist with new product launches, co-marketing, new business marketing and demand generation
- Manage tech stacks, newsletters, and social media
Role Requirements
- Passion for Olio’s mission and a general dislike for waste
- Experience in a similar B2B Marketing role, ideally within a tech start-up environment
- Adeptness in Marketing automation tools, ideally Hubspot
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
- Command over language and good copywriting skills
- Proficient in using Canva and other design tools
- Ability to learn fast, take ownership and work independently

The Role As we work on taking Olio’s B2B product offering to the next level in 2025, we’re recruiting for a Junior Marketing Executive (B2B) to support us in delivering our B2B marketing strategy. We’re looking for an ambitious B2B generalist marketer, ideally with experience in tech start-ups, but most importantly, who’s as passionate about our mission as we are. We’re looking for someone who can help us with: New product launches, Co-marketing, New business marketing and demand generation, Tech stack, Newsletters, Social media.
Job Requirements You don’t need to tick all the boxes, but if the below applies to you - then you could be exactly who we’re looking for! A demonstrable passion for Olio’s mission; you hate waste and want a role where you can play a part in fighting the climate crisis. Experience in a similar generalist B2B Marketing role, ideally within a tech start-up environment. Experience in Marketing automation (ideally Hubspot). A team player with very strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects simultaneously. Has a way with words, able to quickly generate engaging copy for newsletters, emails and socials. Confident using Canva and other design tools to create beautiful artwork in line with our brand. A fast learner who embraces challenges and enjoys the pace of a growing company. A self-starter who can work independently, taking full ownership of the projects they’re working on.
