What will you be doing?
We are seeking an organised and motivated admin assistant to support the operations of Walk N Talk 4 Mental Health. This role is essential to help us maintain the smooth day-to-day operations and the successful candidate will be working closely with our CEO, Jude Price. The key responsibilities are: General Administrative Support - Administrative assistance, including managing emails and other correspondence, scheduling meetings and handling enquiries; Data Management - Maintain and update databases of volunteers, participants, walk leaders and supporters; Document Preparation - Assist in the creation of reports, presentations and internal communications; Event Coordination - Help organise walks, workshops and events; Financial Tracking - Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks
What are we looking for?
The successful candidate will: have proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role have strong organisational and time management skills have excellent verbal and written communication skills be able to prioritise tasks effectively have a high level of attention to detail and accuracy be able to work well either alone or as part of a team
