Omnea is a fast-growing Series A B2B business in Europe, backed by tier-1 VCs like Accel, First Round, & Point Nine. Our platform handles the entire purchasing process for businesses, making it easier and more efficient. We are looking for an entrepreneurial & commercial powerhouse to join us as one of Omnea’s first 'quota-carriers.'

The role involves scaling an early stage business & having a massively accelerated career trajectory. You’ll be the engine for our revenue growth, learning how to take a product to market and scale to $millions in ARR by actually doing it. You’ll navigate complex sales cycles with the world’s leading mid-market and enterprise tech businesses, initially securing mid-five and then low-six figure deals.

Job requirements include 3-7 years of experience succeeding in a B2B SaaS sales role or something comparable. You’re ambitious and hard-working, and will succeed at whatever you put your mind to. You have natural hustle and know how to get people on side. You know you can sell and are hungry for an entrepreneurial & high impact journey.

You’ll report into our Founder CEO and partner with our Commercial Lead. As we scale our GTM function, you’ll have an outsized impact on the business either bringing in the largest, most strategic customers or building out future teams as we expand globally.

We work Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays in-person at our offices. At this early stage of our company life-cycle it's important to us that we get this together-time. We're commercial, ambitious and we don't pretend otherwise!
