Role Summary:

  • Provide dedicated support to the Finance Director and the Director of Public Engagement.
  • Manage Directors' time, correspondence, and administrative tasks with no existing secretariat or administrative support.
  • Contribute to the smooth running of their day-to-day operations and to the Museum's success.

Role Requirements:

  • Proactive diary and travel management for two leaders.
  • Support stakeholder engagement with top-notch communications and presentation materials.
  • Coordinate meetings and events, manage their logistics and follow-ups.
  • Manage smooth office operations, including onboarding, facilities, and internal communications.
  • Lead on compliance and project support including health and safety duties and end-of-year finance processes.

This role involves dedicated support to both the Finance Director and the Director of Public Engagement, each accounting for half of the role's responsibilities. The role: As an Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient management of the Directors' time, correspondence, and administrative responsibilities.
