Role Summary

Role Requirements

  • Proven experience in leading end-to-end internal recruitment processes.
  • Ability to manage a diverse and high-touch requisition volume.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems, ideally Workday.
  • Demonstrated ability to continuously improve in response to insights and feedback.

We plan to spend £16bn over the next ten years, funding new discoveries in life, health and wellbeing, and taking on three global health challenges: mental health, infectious disease and climate. These challenges need the bold science we support, but they won’t be solved by science alone.

The role: We are recruiting for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join on a fixed term contract until the end of November 2025. In this role you will manage the end-to-end recruitment of complex technical roles whilst managing high volumes of applications. You will deliver a seamless candidate and manager experience throughout the recruitment process and create an engaging and inclusive recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers and feedback. You will also coach and support managers through the full recruitment process advising on process and best practice.

Job requirements: Proven experience in leading end to end internal recruitment processes within a complex organisation as part of an internal/in-house recruitment team. Proven ability to manage a diverse and high-touch requisition volume. Proven ability to manage high volumes of candidate applications. Proven ability to continuously improve in response to new insights and stakeholder feedback. Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) ideally with some experience of using Workday.
