What will you be doing?

Role Description We are seeking a dedicated Treasurer to join True Honour in a part-time, remote capacity. As Treasurer, you will oversee the financial operations of the organisation, ensuring sustainability and transparency. You will manage budgets, monitor cash flow, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Additionally, you will play a key role in securing funding by writing compelling funding bids, identifying new income streams, and developing financial sustainability strategies to support our vital work. This role is instrumental in ensuring the long-term financial health of True Honour, allowing us to continue providing critical support to survivors of Honour-Based Violence and Forced Marriage. Your expertise will directly contribute to the expansion of our services, enabling us to reach more individuals in crisis and empower them towards a safer future.   Qualifications

Strong financial management and accounting skills Experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and cash flow management Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements Ability to write compelling funding bids and develop income generation strategies Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently, remotely, and collaboratively as part of a team Experience in the non-profit sector is a plus Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
