The Role: We are seeking Retrievals Assistants to join our team, supporting the delivery of public services at the National Art Library and the Prints and Drawings study room. This role involves responding to enquiries, retrieving materials, preserving library items, and providing invigilation services. Administrative tasks are also part of the duties. Two positions are available, one for 2 days a week and another for 3 days a week, with flexibility in scheduling.
Job Requirements: The role requires individuals who can handle clerical and administrative responsibilities efficiently behind the scenes. A focus on customer service and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively is essential.
