We're seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to join our team and oversee the efficient execution of our marketing initiatives.
What will you do?
- Oversee Marketing Operations: Manage and optimize the day-to-day operations of the marketing department, including lead generation, data management, reporting, and budgeting.
- HubSpot Expertise: Leverage your deep understanding of HubSpot to ensure the marketing team as an accurate data capture, lead management, and reporting.
- ABM Alignment: Collaborate closely with our Outbound, Inbound, and Strategic Marketing teams to ensure seamless integration of ABM strategies and tactics within the insights from our CRM ABM solution and split-testing tools
- Data-Driven Insights: Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive marketing strategy and optimize campaign performance.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and data teams to align goals, enable marketing initiatives, and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Team Development: Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth within the marketing team, providing mentorship and guidance to team members.
What do we expect from you?
- Proven experience in marketing operations at a senior level, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Demonstrated expertise in HubSpot, including advanced configuration, automation, and reporting capabilities. (Being an active community member is a plus).
- Experience with tools like 6Sense/RollWorks (ABM solutions) and Cognism/Apollo (Data Providers) is a plus
- A passion for driving operational efficiency and improving marketing outcomes.
- A strong analytical mindset and ability to extract meaningful insights from data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven success in planning and executing BDR led campaigns
- Experience within marketing leadership roles.
- A proactive approach to staying up-to-date on industry trends and technologies.
